This is the part of your diary you’ll be writing in each week. Choose the layouts you want for the two-page spread from the 50+ templates on offer, then add your own headings, so there are places to record everything that’s important to your studio.

Register
The $65 registration fee covers the cost of design and setup, and secures you a place in the production queue; as soon as you’ve registered, you’ll be sent the link you need for Step 3.
Draft, choose & collect
Oooh. Decisions. What will your diary be called? What do you want on the front cover? What headings would best reflect how your studio actually operates? Which templates will you use?
The options are all laid out at the Studio Diary 101 section of IMT. Draft your words, choose your templates, collect your images, so they’re ready to upload in the next step.
Upload
Figured out what you want your diary to contain? Great! Here’s where you use that link you were sent when you registered: click on it to upload your diary wishlist.
Your completed form ends up in my intray, and tells me exactly what you want in your diary, in what order…so I can build exactly what you had in mind.
Approval
Once the build is complete, I’ll be in touch via email with drafts, so you can give feedback. This usually involves some back-and-forth as we get everything just right.
Once you’re happy, I’ll set up a special webpage so you can order your diaries whenever you need to.
Order
Yay! Now you can order your completed diaries whenever you need them, and have them shipped to your studio door, ready for students to use. Each diary costs $9.99; they’re printed and shipped from exactly the same facilities that print and ship The Dynamic Studio and The Practice Revolution.

How much does this cost?
Each diary costs $9.99. The aim is for these diaries to be priced similarly to diaries you’re already using.
There’s a setup fee for creating the diary of $65. This fee is payable each time you decide to come out with a revised edition of your diary. (because I have to set aside time to set it all up for you each time.)
Is there a minimum order?
No. Your diaries are printed, bound and shipped whenever you order copies, so it’s no problem to order as many or as few as you need, and to order as many times as you like. This is exactly what happens with The Dynamic Studio and The Practice Revolution—your diary is produced and shipped using exactly the same facilities.
Where will my diaries ship from?
The facilities are in South Carolina, USA, but the diaries ship just about anywhere in the world. You can get quotes for shipping before you actually order—simply plug in your shipping address, the quantity, and how quickly you want the books to get to you.
How big are the diaries?
Each page in your diary is 8.25 inches wide, by 6 inches high—large enough to include plenty of information, small enough to easily fit in a student’s school bag, or on a music stand.
Is there a page limit?
Yes—your diary must have no more than 96 pages. (You’ll find that’s plenty though)
